Family Medicine


William J. Kok, M.D.

William J. Kok (pronounced Coke) received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Washington and has been a family medicine physician for over 25 years. He attended medecal school at Oral Roberts University School of Medicine in Tulsa, OK. Dr. Kok remained in Oklahoma, completing his Family Practice internship and residency at City of Faith Medical and Research Center. After serving in the United States Army as a staff physician, Dr. Kok returned to Oklahoma as a private-practice Family Medicine Physician.


Jeff Lester, D.O.

Jeff Lester, MD and his wife, Marilyn, are longtime residents of Mangum, OK. Dr. Lester received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Oklahoma. he soon began practicing family medicine in Mangum and remained in Mangum for 20 years before leacing to serve as the President and Medical Director of MEDICS International Care in missionary work as a family medicine physician. Dr. Lester previously served as an U.S. Army Medic during Vietnam and an U.S. Army Staff Physician during Desert Storm. He has also served in numerous leadership positions both in the medical field and in the community as a former Mangum School Board president, Mangum City Municipal Hospital Board of Directors president, ad as a Chief of Staff and Chief of Surgery.


Richard W. Schafer, D.O.

Richard W. Schafer, DO attended Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri and Oklahoma State University for his undergraduate degree. He graduated from Oklahoma State University's College of Osteopathic Medicine. There, he received an award for Outstanding Graduate by the College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Schafer completed his internship at the Tulsa Regional Center. Dr. Schafer is Board Certified by the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. He is a member of the American Medical Association, Oklahoma Medical Association, American Osteopathic Association, Oklahoma Osteopathic Association and the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. Dr. Schafer is a Board Member of the Harmon County Health Department and has previously servied as the Medical Director of the Southwest Oklahoma Ambulance Authority.


Bridgett Moss, ARNP

Bridgett Moss, ARNP was raised in Hollis, OK. After graduating high school, Bridgett attended Texas Tech University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. After acheiving her BSN, Bridgett continued her education, receiving her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialization at Texas A&M University.
