New CEO/Administrator Takes Reigns at Mangum Community Hospital

Mangum, Oklahoma (June 16, 2008) Jan Winter, RN, MHA has been named as the new CEO / Administrator at Mangum Community Hospital.  Jan has extensive knowledge, experience, and success in hospital operations, including operational and strategic oversight, program development, and employee and physician relations.  “We are fortunate to have Jan as a part of our team, she brings with her a wealth of knowledge that will prove to be an asset to our hospital and our communities.” stated Jeff Madison, Executive Vice President of Operations.

Jan began her career in healthcare after receiving an Associate Degree in Nursing, she continued her education earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from West Texas A&M University.  After holding numerous clinical management positions, Jan worked toward earning a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.  Jan most recently held the position of Chief Operations Officer at Presbyterian Hospital of Kaufman in Kaufman, Texas before joining the Mangum Community Hospital team.
